do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship from Canada to most places in the world.

I am now shipping to the UK and EU, but if you place an order from these locations, you are responsible for any import/customs fees upon arrival. Please check your country’s customs office info to see what these fees may be. This customs process may also delay your order, possibly 2 weeks or more.

I, Nicole Josephine, am not responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order and these fees are not included in the item’s price or shipping costs.

All of my prices are in Canadian Dollars. You can use a converter to estimate how much your total will be in your currency.

LETTER MAIL (only flat items)

USA - $1.90

International - $3.34

OVERSIZED LETTER MAIL (canada only)

I am able to ship some non-flat items to you via oversized letter mail for a low price. Please be aware that if you choose this option, your parcel is more likely to take longer or get lost in the mail.

*Your shipping price is the actual amount it costs to ship to you, I make the price as affordable as possible but it is expensive to ship worldwide from Canada

is my shipping tracked?

There is a tracked parcel option available for US and international shoppers. Please consider this option if you need your order by a specific date or to greatly reduce the risk of your parcel getting lost in the mail. Unfortunately, I cannot replace or refund lost parcels as I am a small shop.

Untracked mail is out of my control once it is marked complete - I cannot track it.

All sticker-only orders will be shipped through letter mail and are not tracked, to keep it affordable for you!

how long will my order take to ship to me?

International parcels and letter mail can take up to one month to arrive - please only reach out if it has been that long, your order is likely still on the way to you! Parcels and letter mail to the US and Canada should arrive within three weeks, typically less.

Your order will be processed in 3-15 business days and you will receive a shipping notification when I have sent it out! I run the shop by myself so it can sometimes take me longer to send things out, especially after a shop update :)

*Please note that I cannot control the shipping times so they may vary. Make sure to order ahead of time if you need things by a certain date!

how is my order packaged and shipped?

I package your products in a curbside recyclable paper bag. I then place the bag in a paper envelope or rigid mailer that is made of recycled material. Please reuse or recycle the packaging! Unfortunately, the used sticker paper backings go in the garbage. Check my sustainability page for more info!

i haven’t received my order, what can I do?

So sorry about that, your order may have gotten lost in the mail… if it has been over one month, please head over to the contact page and leave me a message with your order confirmation info so I can help you out :) You can also email me directly at nicole.josephinee14@gmail.com

From there, I may be able to resend your order if it is believed to be lost or I can refund you per my refund policy below. Untracked parcels will not be refunded or replaced, but are likely still on the way to you!

I am able to refund sticker-only orders if you have not received it within 30 days of your shipment confirmation. I cannot refund an order that you have received unless there is a defect to the product, in which case I will resend you the product or refund you for it.

For parcels, I am unable to refund or replace your order if it gets lost since I am a very small shop. Please consider tracked shipping!

what type of sticker paper do you use?

I previously use matte white sticker paper from Online Labels for paper sticker sheets. However, I have recently started outsourcing my sticker sheets and they are fully waterproof vinyl now!
